Dr. Wien is a Board-Certified Family Physician with 30 years clinical experience. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984, and completed Family Medicine residency training in Wilmington, Delaware. His practice experience has included stints in the United States Air Force, Florida, Bothell, and, most recently, Whidbey Island. He is an Allergan certified physician and is well versed with aesthetic laser applications. Dr. Wien has the wonderful reputation of being a caring, understanding and approachable professional who enjoys providing care for patients of all ages.
Dr Tapley is an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist & Cosmetic Surgeon. She attended the University of West Florida and Old Dominion University before graduating with a degree in Marine Biology, summa cum laude. She then attended medical school at the University of Florida & completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE where she performed life-saving surgery and delivered thousands of babies.
She also underwent advanced training in facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and liposuction.
Dr Tapley is fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine by the world-renowned University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, MD. This training enhances her offerings to patients and rounds out her education in “Whole Person” healthcare and wellness by integrating the best in evidence-based holistic and traditional therapies and treatments.
Dr. Tapley worked as Cosmetic Surgeon and Gynecologist in Salem, OR, before finally being able to join her active-duty spouse in Washington. She then worked as a staff physician at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mt. Vernon. In 2013, she became interested in traveling to deliver care to underserved women in rural locations all across the country including coastal and central Oregon, Washington, Maine, Indiana, and Alaska. She is also licensed in her home state of Florida.
During her spare time, Dr Tapley enjoys horses, boating, hiking, raising orchids and bonsai, sketching, and reading.
Laura is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She has earned two Masters of Science in Nursing degrees as well as Care and Outcomes Management from Pacific Lutheran University and Family Practice from Gonzaga University. Laura’s extensive nursing experience includes intensive care, emergency department and teaching nursing at Pacific Lutheran University. She is trained in a variety of aesthetic procedures and skin care including Botox and Fillers. Her patient care philosophy is one of listening, educating, and partnering to craft personalized plans and therapies to bring out the unique beauty of each individual. During her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, as well as hiking. Currently Laura is pursuing board certification in dermatology.
Yelena (Lena) Bredikhina’s nursing career began in 2001 when she graduated Summa Cum Laude from WSU. She then moved to Seattle where she worked as a medical-surgical RN for 15 years while completing her Master’s in Nursing degree at the University of Washington. She is board certified as Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of primary care experience. She is often requested as a preceptor by medical residents & student nurse practitioners. Lena’s passion for helping clients look & feel their best brought her to the Aura Laser. She received her Botox & injectable dermal filler certification through the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET). She is empathetic & compassionate provider who supports patient-centered care & strives to deliver excellent service. Lena is a Mom of 3 children. She is passionate about nutrition & fitness. She is a competitive bodybuilder & champion powerlifter. She also enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, traveling & playing piano. Lena is fluent in Russian.
