1. What is Vitalize Peel?
It is a unique formulation of mild acids that provide a complete, consistent and safe peel with little or no "down time", and predictable results for all skin types. This non-invasive peel creates a softer, smoother, and younger-looking complexion. Expect to see a dramatic improvement in epidermal texture, age spots, freckles, and superficial pigmentation and enlarged pores.
2. What is Glycolic Peel?
It is intended for superficial wrinkles of the face, neck, upper chest and arms. The intended results are smoother, more youthful skin that is more uniform in color. Glycolic Peel is done on an outpatient basis and does not require any anesthesia. After preparing the skin, a glycolic acid concentration from 20 to 70% will be applied.
3. What is TCA Peel?
Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) is typically used as an intermediate-to-deep peeling agent in concentrations of 10 to 35%. This type of peel is useful for people with surface wrinkles, superficial blemishes, and pigmentation problems. TCA may be used on the neck as well as other areas of the body such as the hands, forearms, and chest.
Once the treatment is completed, clients can expect to shed the dead, outer layer of skin for approximately three days. During this time, clients will be required to keep the facial skin moist with A&D Ointment or Vaseline. After healing, sunscreen use is very important to apply for a little while.
